Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals plans to consider a request from a Crothersville couple to vary from setback requirements during a meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the courthouse annex.
Ervin and Linda Oakes, 11273 E. State Road 250, Crothersville, are asking for the variance to allow for the replacement of a mobile home on its original footers.
County ordinance calls for 90-foot setbacks, but the setbacks for the footers at 11147 E. State Road 250, Crothersville, vary from 37 to 42 feet, according to the Oakes’ application.
Board meetings are open to the public and press.
The annex is at 220 E. Walnut St., Brownstown.
