Crothersville native earns Hoosier Farmer Degree



Kaitlyn Hoevener of the Crothersville FFA Chapter was awarded the Hoosier Farmer Degree during the Indiana FFA State Convention on June 16 to 19 at Purdue University at West Lafayette.

The Hoosier Farmer Degree is the highest degree that the Indiana FFA Association can bestow on a member, according to a news release.

Hoevener, the daughter of Marty and Trina Hoevener, is a 2013 graduate of Crothersville High School and is attending Indiana University Purdue University-Columbus.
