COLUMBUS

The Medora baseball team battled in its second game of the season on Monday, but host Columbus Christian won 14-6.

The Hornets (0-2) led 2-1 early before the Crusaders rallied to take an 8-2 lead.

Medora then scored four times in the top of the fifth to pull within two runs, but the Hornets gave up six runs the rest of the way and couldn't send any across the plate.
