Economic recovery is the top issue on Hoosiers’ minds these days as the Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor campaigns around the state.

After visiting Bartholomew County and on the way to the Regatta parade in Madison, state Sen. Vi Simpson made her way through Seymour on Friday.

She has been spending much time talking about the economy.

“It doesn’t matter whether you live in Seymour or Gary, economic recovery is on everyone’s minds,” Simpson said.
