Donna Stanley, ranger and outdoor recreation planner at Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge, will tell Jackson County Democrat Women about the refuge this month.
The group will meet at the visitor center on the refuge, south of U.S. 50 about 1.5 miles east of Seymour.
The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. May 27.
Stanley has been a national wildlife refuge ranger for more than 30 years in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. She oversees educational and recreational activities such as Wings Over Muscatatuck and Log Cabin Day as well as preservation of woods and wetlands for the more than 280 species of resident and migrating birds.
