Revised $20 million plans call for fewer homes, more apartments in Seymour

A local developer made a few minor changes to his plans to build high-end housing in Seymour and revealed more details about the $20 million project this week.

The changes include fewer home lots but more apartment units with the possibility of an expansion later, said Jeff Bush with Bushmann LLC of Columbus.

Seymour Plan Commission members voted unanimously Thursday night to approve Bushmann’s request to rezone nearly 80 acres of farm fields on the city’s north side to residential zoning.
