Distracted driving led to a 72-year-old Seymour man being hospitalized Monday morning after his vehicle flipped over on a city street.

Cameron C. Miller of R. Pardieck Avenue complained of chest pain and shortness of breath after the wreck, reported at 9:04 a.m. on Hancock Street, between Euclid Avenue and Tipton Street, police said.

Miller was standing up outside his Ford Focus when the first emergency personnel arrived at the scene, Seymour Officer Devon Cornwell said.
