A 44-year-old woman wanted on a Decatur County warrant was arrested late Thursday night after an investigation into a disturbance at an apartment complex in North Vernon, police said.

Angela M. Marcum of North Vernon was arrested on a warrant charging her with a probation violation and failure to appear on charges of possession of two or more reagents with intent to manufacture and two counts of theft. The charges are Class D felonies.

Marcum’s arrest occurred after North Vernon officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of Oak Meadows Drive in the Oak Meadows Apartment complex on the city’s south side, according to a news release from North Vernon Officer Justin Black.
