During this hectic winter, an athletics director’s job never finished



I am over it, and I know I’m not the only one.

The weather this winter has not been good in terms of covering high school sports. So far, in terms of varsity events involving the five Jackson County schools, there have been more than 50 postponements.

In recent years, if events had to be moved or canceled because of the weather, it was mainly in January and February. This year, it started in early December.
