Eagles pull off four-setter against Hornets at home



LANESVILLE

Medora evened Monday’s volleyball match with a 25-19 win in the second set after dropping the first set by that score. But host Lanesville claimed the win by taking the next two sets 25-23 and 25-19.

Maddie Plummer led Medora (1-5) with 13 kills, and Monika Bevers was next with seven.

Avery Carney was the leading server, going 20 of 21 with a team-high four aces.
