Health inspection violations and refrigeration problems forced the temporary shutdown of a downtown eatery.
Tapatio Mexican Restaurant on West Second Street reopened Thursday after being closed Jan. 23 because of 12 critical violations found during a routine inspection by Jackson County Health Department.
