We wish the Class of 2014 well as they prepare to accept their diplomas, turn their tassels and ready themselves for the real world, whether that be the local workforce, the military, college or some other type of higher education.
We also wish them the wisdom to not celebrate too hard or recklessly over these next two weekends or this summer.
In other words, let’s be careful out there. All too often, it seems, special events such as graduations can be marred by tragic auto wrecks.
