Editorial: Drivers must slow down in cone zones

No one likes sitting in traffic for road work. Or for railroad crossing work, for that matter.

But no one likes driving on pothole-pocked roads, either.

Local motorists are encountering orange cones and barrels marking highway construction along U.S. 50, also known as Tipton Street, as it carries traffic through the heart of Seymour.
