Parents of Seymour girls basketball players want students to sport pink T-shirts and pack the high school gym on Saturday.

It’s all aimed at showing support for Emily Hume, a Seymour seventh-grader who has been at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis since July.

Emily, who is the sister of 15-year-old basketball player Lindsey Hume, suffers from a form of cardiomyopathy after a virus attacked her heart last year.
