Experience wins out in trustee race

Incumbent William “Bill” Marsh won 57.8 percent of the votes Tuesday to win the Republican Party’s nomination for Jackson Township trustee.

Marsh captured the nomination by defeating challenger Ellis G. McCormick with 579 votes to 422 for McCormick.
