Extension Homemakers past presidents meet

Jackson County Extension Homemakers Past Presidents Club presented county Purdue Extension Educator Lauren Newenschwander with a baby gift when the club met Sept. 15 at Jackson County Extension Service office in the courthouse in Brownstown.

Members also gave children’s books to the new baby girl, Olivia.

Hostesses were Linda Booher, Carol Wait and Eunice Lacey. Thirteen members answered roll call by showing school pictures.

Coffeecake, muffins and fruit were served with lemonade and coffee.
