Facelift planned for city entrance

Come late spring or early summer, motorists will begin to see some major changes when they exit Interstate 65 in Seymour, Mayor Craig Luedeman said.

It’s been four years since he first proposed a facelift for the city’s main north/south commercial entrance, and some people have lost interest and hope in ever seeing that work completed.

Others — including the mayor — still stand behind the plan, saying it will help draw people further into the city to see what Seymour has to offer.
