The Jackson County Courthouse square looked a lot like Christmas with decorations and lights glistening in the snow Monday night.

Despite the cold in the air and snow and ice lingering on many area roads, Hometown Christmas brought family and friends to the courthouse to celebrate the season and renew acquaintances.
