When Kobelco Metal Powder in Seymour closed, Sharon Bradford lost her job as director of human resources, a position she held for 15 years.

But that life-changing experience didn’t change her passion for helping people.

She began volunteering her time and knowledge to assist those she had worked with and other newly unemployed people in the community finding jobs.
