Family seeks return of device for disabled daughter

Kaly Hudson will turn 3 on Sunday and was all set to start preschool this week, but someone took her wheelchair.

Without it, she can’t move around and loses the ability to do things for herself, her family said.

The wheelchair is designed and made specifically for people like Kaly, who suffer from spinal muscular atrophy, a genetic disease of the motor nerves that causes weakness and shrinking of the muscles.
