Former, current SHS pitchers to lead clinic



Some of the top Seymour High School pitchers are serving as instructors in the first Seymour Baseball Club pitching clinic.

On Sunday and March 10 at Seymour Middle School, the clinic for Grades 3-5 will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m., and the clinic for Grades 6-8 will be from 2:30 to 4 p.m. The cost is $10. You will need to bring a glove and tennis shoes.

The instructors will be Jeremy Richey, Seymour baseball head coach; D.J. Henkle, Seymour baseball assistant coach; Todd Prewitt, 1988 South All-Star; Jason Roeder, former Kansas City Royals minor league pitcher; Elvis Hernandez, former St. Louis Cardinals minor league pitcher; Ryan Hill, 2004 South All-Star; Ben Kleber, former Hanover College pitcher; Dan Henkle, former St. Joseph’s College player; Randy Ude, 1975 South All-Star; Brian Clark, 2012 all-region; Zack Brown, current player and University of Kentucky commit; and Billy Rayburn, current player.
