The next meeting of BEAD!, a beading group that is free and open to the public, is at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Seymour Library.

The group meets the first Tuesday of the month. During the program, participants can borrow tools and buy beads and jewelry parts or small kits at cost.

Volunteer Erin Ortman, a social service manager in the Jackson County area, is the leader of the group.

People are welcome to drop in and find out about the craft of beading or to bring and work on their projects.

Call Becky Brewer at 522-3412 ext. 1239 for information.
