Free bluegrass jamboree planned at Donner Center

Columbus Bluegrass Jamboree will offer free entertainment for the public Jan. 18 at the Donner Center, 739 22nd St., Columbus.

An open jam for attendees who want to bring an instrument will begin at 4 p.m., and groups will play starting at 5 p.m.

The jamboree will feature bluegrass and gospel bluegrass music by various bands, including James White & Deere Creek, Sacred Calling, Straightline, Liberty Hill and Friends of Bluegrass.
