Free computer classes have been scheduled in December at the Brownstown Public Library.
From 11 a.m. to noon Dec. 7, there will be a class on “Writing a Resumé in Microsoft Word.” This class will go over Microsoft-supplied templates and wizards, how to make your resume unique and other resume-building resources.
From 11 a.m. to noon Dec. 28, there will be a class on “Staying Safe Online.” This class will cover how to avoid viruses, scams, email spam and identity theft. Attendees will also learn how to back up their computer files.
