In games this winter, you won’t see Trinity Lutheran High School basketball players Luke Stuckwisch, Brianna Sons or Allison Posey doing the things Wil “The Thrill” Stelzer demonstrated during Thursday’s National Lutheran Schools Week program.

Stelzer, a freestyle dribbler, dazzled the crowd with an array of ball-handling and dribbling skills. Sons said she liked it when he dribbled two balls at once, while Posey said she liked it when Stelzer juggled and rolled the ball off his back.

If she tried any of the skills in a game, though, Posey said, “It would go out of bounds, and I’d get in trouble.”

Stuckwisch said he wouldn’t try the skills during a game, either, but he said, “Maybe in practice.”
