BROWNSTOWN
Town councilmen have renewed efforts to obtain federal funding to help with a project to buy and demolish the former feed mill buildings across from the courthouse.
Grant consultant Shannon McLeod with Priority Project Resources, Greensburg, discussed the grant application process with councilmen during their meeting Monday night.
McLeod said a grant proposal must be submitted to the state Office of
Community and Rural Affairs for that agency’s review by Friday.
The full application is due May 30, McLeod said.
