Junk or unwanted items cluttering your closets and garage?

Seymour Main Street wants to help.

The organization, which works to improve and promote the downtown, is putting together a new event for this spring in conjunction with Make Seymour Shine.

Parking Lot Pickers will be from 8 a.m. to noon April 13 at the Walnut Street parking lot.

Sellers can load up their trucks or cars with items they no longer want, such as furniture, household goods, clothes and toys, and set them up downtown to sell. Firearms, weapons and alcoholic beverages cannot be sold, however.
