Girl Scouts begin annual cookie sales

Girl Scouts and troop leaders from across the Kentuckiana Council are now picking up nearly 2.3 million boxes of cookies to deliver throughout 64 counties across the western half of Kentucky and in southern Indiana.

If you missed ordering from a scout, there still is time to buy cookies. This year’s public cookie booths will start Sunday and run through March 22.

All cookies still sell for $3.50 per box. For the first time in 13 years, packaging for the cookies has been changed. Boxes now show girls in action as Girl Scouts.
