Graduation celebration: Rates up

Seymour High School Principal Greg Prange was disappointed when the school’s graduation rate dropped in 2012, going from 94 percent to 91.7.

Although still above the state’s goal of 90 percent, Prange said he felt the school was capable of doing better.

He was right.
