Group promotes domestic violence awareness

The second meeting of the Tabitha Brock Domestic Violence Outreach will be at 5 p.m. March 23 at the Community Foundation of Jackson County, 107 Community Drive, Seymour.

The outreach is an effort for the community to come together to find solutions to stop domestic violence and prevent other young women like Tabitha Brock from being killed, according to a news release from Brock’s sister, Nikki Allman.

Brock was a Seymour resident who was killed May 11 by her ex-boyfriend during a domestic dispute.
