Guest artist featured at Columbus Symphony concert

Tenor Andrew Lunsford will be guest artist with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra for its performance at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Columbus North High School auditorium.

Lunsford, a 2012 graduate of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, will sing three operatic arias including Leoncavallo’s well-known aria from “Pagliacci.” He will also sing arias from operas by Bizet and Puccini.

He has performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington and the Valley Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles and recently made his debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
