Smiles. Smiles graced the faces of more than 400 children winding through stacks of backpacks, crayons, notebooks and boxes of tissues.

Those smiles broke out as they chose their own backpack that will accompany them daily when the new school year opens in the next several weeks in Brownstown, Crothersville, Medora and Seymour.

Smiles graced the faces of their parents and guardians, people like Rebecca Tepetate of Seymour.

They were thankful for the help with school supplies that the Stuff the Bus and Rock ‘n’ Ready campaigns provided families in need of help with filling those backpacks.
