Jackson County Board of Zoning Appeals is slated to consider a request from a Brownstown family for an 8,000-head confined animal feeding operation at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The board, however, is reduced from five members to four for that hearing because applicant James Lucas is a member of the board and has recused himself and his replacement has not been named by county commissioners.
The meeting will take place in the courtroom at Jackson County Courthouse in Brownstown.
