Hearts of Home Extension Homemakers Club recently met at Mountain Baptist Church.

President Glenda Neawedde opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and the homemakers collect.

Linda Lock gave devotions on “Cultivating an Appetite for Christ.”

“Give a riddle or short joke” was the roll call led by Debbie Shubert. Citizenship was given by Linda Lock on “Vote Like it Matters.”

The 100th anniversary celebration of the Indiana Extension Homemakers Association will be June 12-14.

Glenda Neawedde gave the lesson on how “How Sweet It Is! — Alternate Sweeteners.”

Janet Jarvis was hostess and served snacks, dessert and drinks.

Next meeting will be Oct. 17.
