Schneck Medical Center will offer its Health Career Discovery Program for middle and high school students in the coming weeks.

The program is designed to allow students to learn about the many areas of health care and how to prepare for a future in the medical field, according to a news release from the Seymour hospital.

The program, which begins Monday and continues until May 15, will feature a variety of speakers, and students will receive hands-on practice in many different departments within the hospital at 411 W. Tipton St.
