Housing addition’s final phase gets green light

A local developer is moving forward with plans to complete the final phase of a housing addition south of Seymour.

The Seymour Plan Commission recently approved a request from Leslie Lake and Country Club Inc. developer Wally Pfaffenberger for 18 new lots in the Hoevener Addition off County Road 975E.

The plans bring the number of lots in the development to nearly 90, with homes being built in the $130,000 to $150,000 price range.
