Report that a door to an old gas station had been kicked, 9000 block North Indiana 11, Seymour, 8:25 p.m. Monday. According to a report from Bartholomew County dispatch, there was a red Ford Explorer and two males with no shoes in the parking lot.

Caller reporting that his granddaughter is being harassed, Brownstown area, 8:21 p.m. Monday.

Washington County dispatch reporting a person with possible broken ribs and a punctured lung from an all-terrain vehicle wreck, 8200 block West County Road 425 South, Medora, 7:17 p.m. Monday.

Caller reporting theft of tools from his truck at a work site, 5700 block North County Road 1125 East, Seymour, 3:55 p.m. Monday.

Caller reporting that his vehicle was rear-ended by a white GMC Sierra with a camper, 11000 block North U.S. 31, Seymour, 1:15 p.m. Monday.

Theft from a church reported, 1800 block West Indiana 258, Seymour, 11:13 a.m. Monday.

Theft from a church reported, St. Paul Lutheran Church, 10792 N. 210E, Seymour, 8:44 a.m. Monday.

Caller reporting theft of a license plate and registration from a vehicle, Brownstown area, 7:31 a.m. Monday.
