Report a boat had capsized in the East Fork White River, 6000 block of East State Road 258, Seymour, 10:32 a.m. Wednesday. One man was able to get to shore while a second had to be rescued by boat from a sandbar.

Man reporting a theft of a 2006 car dolly from his front yard, 11700 block of East County Road 50N, Seymour, 8:32 a.m. Wednesday. The man told a dispatcher he did not notice the theft until he went to mow the grass.
