Man reporting a white Dodge Dakota left the road, went into a field and then came back on the road and continued west, 4000 block South State Road 39, Brownstown, 5:38 p.m. Wednesday.

Woman reporting a motorist in a black Chevrolet Malibu passing cars on the shoulder, 2400 block East U.S. 50, Seymour, 4:56 p.m. Wednesday.

Woman reporting a personal injury wreck involving a car that hit a utility pole, 10100 block North County Road 375 East, Seymour, 12:44 p.m. Wednesday. A woman driving the vehicle complained of chest pain.

Caller reporting he had a blow out that caused his vehicle to leave the road, Interstate 65, five miles north of Seymour, 6:40 a.m. Wednesday.
