Organizers of the 2012 Indiana Heritage Arts Competition and Sale are now accepting entries for this year’s show. All artists with a connection to Indiana are invited to enter. You must be 18 years of age and each artist can enter up to three pieces. All the rules can be found on the entry forms, which can be downloaded from the Indiana Heritage website at www.Indianaheritagearts.org or can be requested by mail by calling the Brown County Art Gallery at (812) 988-4609.

Indiana Heritage Arts is located in the Brown County Art Gallery in Nashville.

The IHA annual exhibit and sale is one of the biggest art competitions for heritage style artists in the Mid-west, handing out more than $70,000 in prizes and purchase awards at last year’s show. Artists have a chance to win up to $5,000 for the Best of Show prize as well as 30 other cash awards. This year a new Artists Choice award has been added, allowing all artists juried into the show a chance to pick the painting they judge as the best.
