A 33-year-old Marion County man faces at least six charges related to a domestic dispute reported Sunday night in the Seymour area, police report.
Zachary Osborn Lyle of Lima Court in Indianapolis was booked into the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown at 3:05 a.m. Monday on Class D felony charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child and two counts of intimidation, according to a news release from the Indiana State Police Post at Versailles.
Lyle also faces misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication in connection with the incident, reported in the 1100 block of Mockingbird Lane.
According to Trooper David Owsley’s report, the incident began when he responded to the residence at about 10:40 p.m. on a report of a verbal domestic disturbance.
