Barnes, 33, North Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony; two years prison suspended; two years supervised probation; three days credit, three days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol and drug program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay associated costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdiction fee and $300 public defender fee; sentence imposed by Poynter.
