Warren Stevenson, 60, Port Huron, Mich., pleaded guilty possession of cocaine, a Class D felony; three years prison-suspended; three years supervised probation; pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; one year jail-suspended; one year supervised probation; sentences to be served concurrently; ordered to submit to alcohol/drug abuse program for an evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees and a $350 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss counts II-III and Count V.
