Jennifer Burrell, Seymour, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe, a Class D felony; two years prison-suspended; two years probation; ordered to submit to drug and alcohol program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated; 40 hours community service; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, a $300 public defender fee and all costs assessed; state agrees to dismiss criminal mischief charge; sentence imposed Feb. 22 by Senior Judge Frank W. Guthrie.
