Gary Cuellar, Seymour, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction within five years, a Class D felony; two years prison-one and a half suspended; one and a half years supervised probation; six months of executed sentence to be served on home detention; ordered to serve 10 days in the Jackson County Jail; ordered to submit to a drug and alcohol program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated; 40 hours community service; one year driver’s license suspension; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, home detention fees, community service fees and all other costs assessed; state agrees to dismiss Count II; sentence imposed March 15 by Senior Judge Frank W. Guthrie.
