Guthrie.

Spencer R. Nichols, Seymour, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; 365 days jail all but 90 days suspended; 275 days supervised probation; pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; 365 days jail-suspended; 365 days supervised probation; sentences to be served consecutively; ordered to submit to alcohol and drug abuse program for evaluation and treatment and therapy if indicated; 50 hours community service; 41 days credit, 41 days credit time; ordered to pay court costs, $300 public defender fee, $200 public defender fee, and alcohol and drug treatment/therapy fees and community service fees; state agrees to dismiss Count I and all charges in Jackson Circuit cause 36C01-1301-FD-34; sentence imposed March 22 by Judge Richard W. Poynter.
