Amanda Dawn Stagnolia, 37, North Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; 365 days jail, 245 days suspended, 24 days supervised probation; 60 days credit, 60 days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol/drug abuse program for an evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdiction fee and $300 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss Count I; sentenced imposed by Judge Richard W. Poynter.
