Malley, 29, Shepherdsville, Kentucky, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; 18 months jail, with all but time already served suspended, 12 months supervised probation; two days credit, two days credit time; six months driver’s license suspension; ordered to submit to an alcohol/drug abuse program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdict fee and $300 public defender fee; sentence imposed by Poynter.

Mark Williams, 46, North Vernon, pleaded guilty to obtaining or attempting to obtain a legend drug by fraud or deceit, a Class A misdemeanor; one year jail with all but time already served suspended, 357 days supervised probation; four days credit, four days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol/drug abuse program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees and $300 public defender fee; sentence imposed by Poynter.
