Cory A. Nolan, 21, North Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony; one year jail; two days credit, two days credit time; ordered to pay court costs and $300 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss counts I and counts III-IV; sentenced imposed by Poynter.

Jake Kim Vo, 39, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, a Class A misdemeanor; one year jail, all but time already served suspended, 359 days supervised probation; three days credit, three days credit time; ordered to submit to alcohol/drug abuse program for evaluation and treatment or therapy if indicated and pay costs; ordered to pay court costs, probation fees, $200 drug interdiction and $300 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss Count II; sentenced imposed by Poynter.
