Jones, 41, North Vernon, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony; one year jail; 149 days credit, 149 days credit time; ordered to pay court costs, $200 drug interdiction fee and $300 public defender fee; state agrees to dismiss counts II-IV; sentence imposed by Poynter.

Breanna Nicole Russell, 23, Columbus, pleaded guilty to conversion, a Class A misdemeanor; 116 days jail; 58 days credit, 58 days credit time; ordered to pay court costs and $300 public defender fee; sentence imposed by Poynter.
